Upcoming Horse Highlights return to Mane Dates!

Yes, it's true. And it's a rather long story, so we'll skip all that. The bottom line is: My weekly horse happenings articles will no longer appear in the Examiner column, although that will continue to carry horse and equestrian news and feature articles. The two sites will offer different horse-related content from one another. (Madison Equestrian Examiner subscriptions are free and ensure you will receive email notifications when new articles appear.)

Going forward, you will find horse happenings published here on Mane Dates: Horsing Around in the Upper Midwest. 

Here's the caveat.

These events were previously published on this site (up until December 2014). Basic event listings are free, because this site is advertiser supported. But that all depends on reader participation. If readership is solid and steady, and if readers occasionally support our advertisers in legitimate ways in actual interest and otherwise interact with the site, then it is likely to float.

It takes considerable research and time to gather information and develop the posts for publication, so these results are critical, if the site is to continue long-term.

So here we go!

Watch for new weekly horse happenings articles on Mane Dates: Horsing Around in the Upper Midwest, beginning with the week of June 8th. These will be listed by week, rather than daily (as before).
