With the end of August in sight, equestrians across the Upper Midwest tack up for scores of horse shows, equestrian training clinics, and other equine events. Top picks on the books between Monday, August 24, and Sunday, August 30, include Wisconsin’s 4-H Championship Show, the Min-I-Kota Pinto Horse Show / Kaleidoscope of Color, and the Wisconsin Appaloosa Horse Club (WApHC) Sun N’ Spots Qualifier Show and Wisconsin State Futurity. Wisconsin Farm Technology Days and the Minnesota State Fair also draw horse fans this week.
