Tax Day comes this week, along with scores of Upper Midwest horse highlights. Top equestrian event picks from Monday, April 11, through Sunday, April 17, include barrel races, cow horse events, equestrian training clinics, equine breed shows, horsemanship clinics, jump shows, schooling shows, and more. Also, the Midwest Horse Fair runs this weekend in Madison, Wisconsin.
